  1. Grilled Sausage With Peppers And Onions 
  2. Serve this State Fair favorite at home.

  4. Serves 3-4

  6. 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  7. 1 pound Italian sausages (casing type)
  8. 1 Green pepper, sliced
  9. 1 Onion, sliced
  10. French bread or rolls
  11.  
  12. Heat a heavy skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add the oil. Add the sausages, peppers and onions. Slowly cook, turning the sausages until fully cooked. Stir the vegetables often. Place the sausages on the bread and top with the peppers and onions.
